卵黄と卵白の食物経口負荷試験を実施することにより、鶏卵によるFPIESの症状の誘因となっているアレルゲンを同定すること。

卵白、卵黄、オボムコイド特異的IgE値の変化。卵白、卵黄の皮膚プリック試験の膨疹径の変化。５歳時点でのアトピー性皮膚炎、気管支喘息、アレルギー性鼻炎、鶏卵以外の食物に対する食物アレルギーの合併率。

The change in egg white, egg yolk, ovomucoid specific IgE levels. The change in wheal size of skin prick tests with egg white and egg yolk. The rate of atopic dermatitis, asthma, allergic rhinitis, and food allergy to foods other than hen's egg at the age of 5 years.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

本研究の対象となる患者は以下のA)またはB)である。
A)Major criterionと3項目以上のminor criteriaを満たし、鶏卵によるFPIESと診断された患者
B)Major criterionを満たし、鶏卵によるFPIESが疑われるが、minor criteriaは3項目未満しかみたさない患者

Major Criterion:
被疑食物の摂取から1-4時間後に嘔吐症状を認め、典型的な即時型アレルギーでみられる皮膚、呼吸器症状を伴わない

Minor criteria:
1. 同じ食品の摂取で繰り返す嘔吐症状を2回以上認める
2. 異なる食品の摂取から1-4時間後に繰り返す嘔吐症状を認める
3. 症状の出現が疑われた際に非常にぐったりした
4. 症状の出現が疑われた際に著名な顔色不良を認めた
5. 症状の出現が疑われた際に救急外来への受診を要した
6. 症状の出現が疑われた際に補液が必要であった
7. 24時間以内の下痢
8. 低血圧
9. 低体温

英語
Patients included in the study will be either A) or B)
A) Patients who are diagnosed with hen's egg-induced FPIES by meeting the major criterion and 3 or more minor criteria.
B) Patients who are suspected of hen's egg-induced FPIES by meeting the major criterion but meet less than 3 minor criteria.

Major criterion:
Vomiting in the 1-4 hour period after ingestion of the suspected food and the absence of classic IgE-mediated allergic skin or respiratory symptoms.

Minor criteria:
1. A second (or more) episode of repetitive vomiting after eating the same suspected food.
2. Repetitive vomiting episode 1-4 hours after eating a different food.
3. Extreme lethargy with any suspected reaction
4. Marked pallor with any suspected reaction
5. Need for emergency department visit with any suspected reaction
6. Need for intravenous fluid support with any suspected reaction
7. Diarrhea within 24 hours
8. Hypotension
9. Hypothermia

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
鶏卵に対する即時型アレルギーを有している児。
主治医が研究対象者として不適当と判断した児。

Patients with immediate-type hen's egg allergy.
Patients who are determined not suitable to participate in the study by the attending physician.
