2)てんかんの既往がある患者
3)心臓疾患を持つ患者
4)認知症、精神発達遅滞、心的外傷後ストレス障害
5)閉所恐怖症の患者
6)歯科恐怖症に対して治療中の患者
7)処置時間が1時間以上かかった症例
