本研究は、「仕事とがん治療の両立 お役立ちノート」を組み合わせた、がん専門相談員主導による就労支援プログラムの臨床的有用性を、過去に実施した前向き観察研究をヒストリカルコントロールデータとして探索的に検討するものである。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

(1)対象：研究実施施設へ、研究期間中に初診した患者
(2)年齢：20歳～65歳
(3)対象部位：研究実施施設のいずれかの診療科に
受診し、初発のがんの疑いもしくは臨床的・組織学的、病理学的にがんと診断されている者で、当該施設において治療を開始する予定の患者
(4)就労状況：がんの疑いが生じた時点で報酬を得る仕事に従事していた患者
(5)研究に関する本人の合意が得られること

(1)The first visit patients with cancer or cancer suspicious lesion
(2)Age: 20-65 years old
(3)Patient who has a cancer or cancer suspicious lesion, and would like to undergo the initial treatment at that hospital
(4)Patient who receives a reward of his work at that time of his/her suspicion of malignancy
(5)Written informed consent

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
(1)初診後、再診外来予約を行わない患者
(2)患者に明らかな意識障害がある場合
(3)患者に重篤な身体症状があり、研究への協力が困難な場合
(4)患者に重篤な精神症状（重度の認知機能障害、重度の抑うつ状態など）があり、研究への協力が困難な場合
(5)患者が日本語を理解することが困難な場合
(6)その他、担当医が研究への参加を不適切と判断した患者

(1)Patients without their reservations of outpatient clinic after their first visits to hospital
(2) Patients with obvious impairment of consciousness
(3) Patients with severe or uncontrolled systemic disease
(4) Patients who is not able to understand this study because of dementia, delirium, depression or other cognitive disorder
(5) Patients who were uncapable of understanding spoken and written Japanese
(6) Patient is judged by the investigator to be inappropriate for study participation for any reason
