20歳以上の脳卒中患者
嚥下機能障害を有さない患者

Stroke patient who is 20 years old or over
Patients with no deglutition disorder

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1)腎機能障害がステージ３以上で食事制限がある患者（eGFR 60未満）
2)代謝性肝機能障害や肝硬変のため、アミノレバン等のBCAA製剤が処方されている患者
3)認知症を有する患者
4)うつ病および統合失調症を有する患者
5)未治療の循環器疾患を合併する患者
