本研究は，糖尿病患者の白癬肥厚爪を改善するため，病院・診療所・訪問看護・介護施設で爪白癬フットケア療法（OFT）の有効性を明らかにすることである．

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the efficacy of onychomycosis footcare therapy (OFT), provided by the hospital, clinic, home-visit nursing, and nursing home, for treating hypertrophied nails in diabetic patients with onychomycosis.
