日本語
全対象者にトレッドミルを使用した心肺運動負荷試験を実施し、最大酸素摂取量を測定する。また、平地歩行により、単位時間あたりのエネルギー効率(THBI)と歩行距離、歩行速度を計測する。

英語
All subjects perform a cardiopulmonary exercise test using a treadmill, and subsequently measure the peak oxygen intake. Furthermore, gait speed, THBI and walking distance per unit time are measured after walking on the flat ground.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・トレッドミル上で歩行可能なもの
・本研究の参加にあたり，説明を受けた後に十分な理解の上，本人の自由意志による文書同意が得られたもの

Those who can walk on the treadmill
Those who agreed to participate in this study in writing of their own free will fully understanding the content after our explanation

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
・心肺運動負荷試験の禁忌事項に該当するもの
・ペースメーカー挿入術後、β遮断薬服用中、心房細動など検査中の心拍数変化に影響を与えるもの
・自律神経異常を呈していると判断されるもの
・運動の障害となるような心大血管疾患、呼吸器疾患を呈しているもの
・疼痛等により、継続した歩行が困難なもの
・そのほか、研究参加が不適切と判断されるもの

Those who fall under contraindications of cardiopulmonary exercise test
Those who are subject to any heart rate change during examination, for example those who received pacemaker insertion; those who are under beta-blocker medication; those who have atrial fibrillation, etc.
Those who are judged to have autonomic nervous abnormality
Those who have cardiovascular disease or respiratory disease that causes movement disorder
Those who have difficulty walking continuously due to pain
Those who are determined to be unsuited to participate in the study due to other reasons
