健康 (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status Ⅰ-Ⅱ) かつ満期妊娠 (≧ 37週) の妊婦

Pregnant women with healthy (American Society of Anesthesiologists physical status 1-2) and full-term pregnancy (gestational age >= 37 weeks)

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1. 緊急帝王切開分娩
2. 肥満 (Body Mass Index ≧ 40 kg/m²)
3. 術前発熱 (> 38°C)、術前低体温 (< 36°C)
4. 心疾患または脳血管疾患の合併
5. 甲状腺機能低下症または亢進症の合併
6. 既知の不安障害
7. 仰臥位維持困難
8. 全身麻酔下帝王切開分娩

1. unscheduled caesarean delivery
2. Obesity (Body Mass Index >= 40 kg/m²)
3. Preoperative hyperthermia (> 38 degrees Celsius) or preoperative hypothermia (< 36 degrees Celsius)
4. Cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease
5. Hypothyroidism or hyperthyroidism
6. History of anxiety disorder
7. Difficult to maintain supine position
8. Caesarean delivery with general anesthesia
