本研究では、BMIによる脳の可塑性誘導を、損傷側半球、非損傷半球それぞれより行い、その作用と効果について、脳卒中片麻痺症例を対象に検証する。

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

・一側大脳半球病変による脳卒中片麻痺患者
・ 脳卒中発症後3か月以上経過した者
・ 上肢麻痺を有する者
・ 認知機能，高次脳機能障害はあってもよいが，研究の目的，方法の理解ができること
・ 麻痺側肩関節の他動的可動域は100度以上あること

Hemiplegic stroke patients with unilateral cerebral hemispheric lesions
Persons who have passed more than 3 months after the onset of stroke
A person with upper limb paralysis
Cognitive and higher brain dysfunction may be present, but the purpose and method of the study can be understood.
Passive range of motion of the paretic shoulder should be 100 degrees or more.
