膵癌手術標本に対する穿刺吸引専用針により採取したサンプルを用いて, 治療前でも計測可能な膵癌予後予測及び適正抗癌剤選択法を確立するために, Gold Standardである手術標本のSmad4免疫染色病理新診断結果と本装置計測値とが相関するかを検証する.

To development possible judgement of prognosis and taylor-made chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer using fine needle aspiration tissue from operatively extracted specimen, we evaluate the correlation between immunohistochemistry-score and a novel quantitative analysis for Smad4.

選択基準/Key inclusion criteria

1.他覚的所見（腹部エコー、腹部CT、腹部MRI）及び術前病理診断から膵癌が疑われ手術による治療が必要と主治医が判断し、実際に膵癌摘出術が行われる症例(膵頭十二指腸切除術, 膵体・尾部切除術、膵全摘術)。

2.年齢20歳以上。

3.インフォームド・コンセントが得られた患者。

1. Pantients with pancreatic cancer who undergo surgery including pancreaticoduodenectomy, distal pancreatectomy, and total pancreatectomy, afte pancreatic cancer is suspected by objective finding (e.g., US, Abdominal CT, Abdminal MRI)

2. more than 20 years old

3. Patients provided written informed consent to participate in this study.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
1.膵癌手術不能症例及び、術中診断などで実際に膵癌摘出が行われなかった症例。

2.精神病または精神症状を合併しており試験への参加が困難と判断される患者。

3.同意書記載のインフォームド・コンセントの段階で、研究参加を拒否した患者またはその家族がいた場合（その際は検査およびデータ登録後であっても削除する）。

1. Inoperable case (e.g., caricninomatosa was found out) during surgery.

2. Patient with mental disease and it is difficult to participate in study.

3. Patints who refuse to participate in this study.
