(1)経皮的冠動脈血行再建術（PCI：Percutaneous coronary intervention）施行時点で20歳以上の患者
(2)冠動脈狭窄に対してDCA手技が施行された患者

2) Patients who was performed PCI with directional coronary atherectomy.

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

(1)悪性腫瘍や炎症性疾患（リウマチ・膠原病等）を有する患者
