慢性的な腰痛、膝痛、股関節痛を有するものは総じて足首のアライメントに不具合が起きている傾向が散見したため足首のアライメントに不具合が起きている場合の人体への影響度を歩行調査を用いて検証し、足首のアライメントを調整する有効性を確認する

Since those with chronic back pain, knee pain, and hip pain tended to have problems with ankle alignment in general, we used a gait survey to verify the degree of influence on the human body when ankle alignment is problematic, and to confirm the effectiveness of adjusting ankle alignment.

足首アライメント不全が起きている者のトラス機構並びにウインドラス機構における歩行時接地時の有効面積並びに5ｍ歩行時における足関節背屈、歩行速度、歩幅をそれぞれ足首アライメント調整前後で測定、評価する。評価測定日はそれぞれ1日の間に行う。試験終了までの期間は1か月とする。

The effective area at the time of ground contact during walking in the truss mechanism and windlass mechanism, ankle joint dorsiflexion, walking speed, and stride length during a 5 m walk of a person with ankle malalignment are measured and evaluated before and after ankle alignment adjustment, respectively. The evaluation and measurement days will be conducted during one day each. The period until the end of the test shall be one month.

足首アライメント不全が見られる者は無調整のまま5ｍを歩行し、歩行後に踵接地をしてもらい足関節背屈、歩幅、5ｍ歩行タイムを計測する

Patients with ankle malalignment were asked to walk 5 m without adjustment, and after walking, they were asked to make heel contact, and ankle joint dorsiflexion, stride length, and 5 m walking time were measured.

足首アライメント不全が見られる者はアライメントを調整した後に5ｍを歩行し、歩行後に踵接地をしてもらい足関節背屈、歩幅、5ｍ歩行タイムを計測する

To measure the effective range of the truss mechanism and windlass mechanism on the printed area by applying ink to the sole of a person with ankle joint malalignment and anterior lateral deviation of the talus (oversupination), and to compare the results with those of a person with normal gait (0 degree forefoot foot angle).

除外基準/Key exclusion criteria

日本語
性差、身長体重差、その他有する基礎疾患などは考慮せず、あくまで足首アライメント不全にスポット当てたものとする。コンプライアンス上問題があるケースや当試験は試験の主旨を被験者に説明し、充分に理解を得た上で行うが理解が得られなかった者、被験者の体調等試験に適正でないと判断された者がいた場合は倫理的に除外する

Gender, height and weight differences, and other underlying diseases will not be taken into account, and the focus will be on ankle malalignment. We will ethically exclude cases where there is a compliance problem, where the purpose of the study is explained to the subjects and they fully understand the study, but there are subjects who do not understand the study, or who are judged to be unsuitable for the study due to their physical condition.
