To investigate the willingness of elderly people with dementia to participate in a tabletop game machine with touch sensors that is equipped with applications for motor and cognitive function tasks.

Cognitive training at the "Energizing Trepati! Table" (Toyomaru Sangyo Co., Ltd.) for cognitive training (once a week for 4 weeks)
Desk-based cognitive training using printed materials (once a week for 4 weeks)

Male and Female
Patients who use outpatient rehab at our center once a week, have a Mini-Mental State Examination-Japanese (MMSE-J) score of 15 or higher, and have given informed consent for this study.
Those who have cognitive impairment to the extent that they cannot understand the explanation of the research, and those who have difficulty sitting up for about an hour.

The game task significantly increased the value of VAS in AD (p<0.05); no significant change in the value of VAS or GDS was observed in MCI. In the reaction scale, the autonomy of AD was significantly lower than that of MCI in the three games of "collecting money", "searching for mistakes", and "searching for missing cards" (p<0.05).
