The purpose of this study is to analyze changes of the soy isoflavone metabolism in gut microbiota, especially equol when healthy subjects eat DFA III (difructose anhydride III ) for two weeks.

The purpose of this study is to examine the effectiveness of DFA III (difructose anhydride III ) on the soy isoflavone metabolism in gut microbiota.

Prevention
Food |
Take 2.5 g DFA III twice in the morning and evening for 17 days (5 g/day). To analyze soy isoflavone metabolite in urine, subjects drinks 400 mL soy milk (200 mL twice in the morning and evening) for 3 days in a row before and during test food intake (Total 6 day).
