Subjects take control food 3times, After repeated intake, subjects take Oral Glucose Torerance Test to measure blood glucose levels.

Key inclusion criteria

1)Healthy male and female subjects whose ages are 20<=years old <65.
2)Subjects who can make self-judgment and are voluntarily giving written informed consent.

Key exclusion criteria

1)Subjects who are pregnant or lactating.
2)Subjects or subjects' families contracting diabetes.
3)Subjects whose fasting blood glucose is equivalent to or higher than 126mg/dL by a figure stick blood test.
4)Subjects with illness who are constantly taking certain drug medicine.
5)Subjects who have a food allergy.
6)Subjects with aichmophobia.
7)Subjects with extreme diarrhea.
8)Subjects who regularly use medicines, foods for specified health uses, and health foods that may affect the study.
9)Subjects who are judged as unsuitable for the study by the principal investigator for other reasons.
