The purpose of the study is to examine the stress reduction effects of an internet-mediated mindfulness therapy treatment program on high-stress aware individuals in the teaching profession.
Efficacy
Perceived stress scale will be administered in both groups at the end of the intervention and 4 weeks after the end of the intervention (follow-up) to compare the degree of improvement and maintenance of the perceived stress level.
To compare changes in mindfulness characteristics between the two groups.

Male and Female
(1) teachers and staff between the ages of 22 and 60 who belong to the Public School Mutual Aid Association, and (2) those who are judged to be highly stressed by the Perceived Stress Scale (PSS).
Those who are currently under psychiatric or psychosomatic treatment for mental illness.
