The objective of the present study is to compare the effect of higher exercise density during resistance exercise with a lower exercise density on postprandial lipemia in resistance trained young men.

Interventions/Control_1

Participants will perform multiple bouts of resistance exercise with a 30-second recovery interval between each set of exercise. Postprandial blood parameters will be evaluated on the next day using a standardised test meal.

Interventions/Control_2

Participants will perform multiple bouts of resistance exercise with a 180-second recovery interval between each set of exercise. Postprandial blood parameters will be evaluated on the next day using a standardised test meal

Interventions/Control_3

Participants will be remained seated and limited their physical activity. Postprandial blood parameters will be evaluated on the next day using a standardised test meal.

Key inclusion criteria

1. Not age between 18 and 29 years old
2. A participant who takes medications and dietary supplements
3. A participant who has medical and surgical diseases
4. Smoker
5. A participant who performed weight changes plus or minus 3 kg in the past three months and who has an intention to weight loss during the study
6. A participant who are scheduled to participate to others research
7. A participant who cannot consume the test meal in the study
8. Participant non familiarised with resistance exercise defined by National Strength and Conditioning Association
