Meshed cages that contain insect-specific virus-infected mosquitoes or uninfected ones will be set 2 cm away from the volunteer's arms. The mosquito attraction will be examined for 5min. This assay will be repeated three times.

Key inclusion criteria

-Healthy male/female (age from 18 to 64 years old) who can understand the informed consent to participate in this study
-Person who does not have any disabilities and/or severe injury

Key exclusion criteria

-Person who has any diseases, and/or disabilities/severe injury on the arms
-Person who is younger than 18 or older than 65 years old
-Person who has experienced a strong allergic response to mosquito bites and/or medicine for insect bites
-Person who cannot understand the informed consent of this study
-Person who cannot refrain the use of any perfume/sunscreen, which may affect mosquito behavior on the day of study

Baseline Characteristics

Females and males, age range: 20 to 50, As per the key inclusion criteria

Participant flow

6 Volunteers who those met the requirement with agreement. Th volunteers' arms were placed underneath the cages containing insect-specific virus (no infectious to humans)- or mock-injected mosquitoes with 2 cm-distance. The assay was performed three times for each volunteer. The mosquito behaviour was recorded by a video camera from above the cage for 5 min.
