To verify the diagnostic ability of CTC in patients with difficult TCS compared with TCS-E.
The primary endpoint is the ability to identify lesions of 6 mm or more, and CTC and TCS-E are compared.

Male and Female
Patients whose total colonoscopy with ordinary colonoscopies, was difficult even when performed by a physician with more than 10 years of TCS experience, or under the supervision of these doctors.
a. Contraindications for CT scan or iodine contrast agent
b. Persons who cannot obtain consent on paper
c. Those who have already been registered in this research
d. Pregnant
e. Those who have been diagnosed or suspected of inflammatory bowel disease
f. A person who has colon obstruction due to colorectal cancer, etc.
g. Polyposis
h. Persons with a very high probability of aspiration or who are at high risk of serious or fatal consequences if aspiration occurs.
i. A person who is judged inappropriate by the attending physician.
