Narrative objectives1

Planning and implementing person-centered care training for care managers and home-visit nurses who support elderly people with dementia in the community. The purpose of this study is to examine the effects of the intervention on attitudes toward the elderly, self-efficacy, and changes in knowledge.

Key inclusion criteria

Visiting nurses and care managers.
Those who are qualified as care support care managers or nurses.
They can attend all scheduled trainings.
They can answer questions on distributed questionnaires.
They are interested in dementia care.

Key exclusion criteria

Home-visit nurses and care managers who plan to retire within 3 months
