Primary outcomes

We systematically searched PubMed, Embase, and Web of Science databases for published studies evaluating the accuracy of CT-MPI in diagnosing ischemia, which were included in our analysis. The accuracy of CT-MBF in detecting ischemia determined by coronary angiography (CAG) or fractional flow reserve (FFR) was evaluated using summary receiver operating characteristic (ROC) curves.

Key exclusion criteria

Animal studies, phantom studies, and other studies that did not present sufficient data were excluded.
