This study aims to devise a new organizational intervention program using Layered Voice Analysis (LVA), a voice analysis technology, to test its effectiveness in preventing operator mental health in call centers.

a) Department: call center operators working in Operations Section 1 and Operations Section 2.
b) Age: working-age population (18-64y).
c) Gender: any gender.
d) Length of service: 3 months or more (because many job mismatchers leave within 3 months).
a) Persons attending a hospital for mental illness at the start of the survey.
b) Managers (section chiefs, deputy section chiefs, chiefs, etc.) and leaders of each team.
