To verify the reliability and validity of the public health nurse activity evaluation index and algorithm
Develop a prototype version of the ICT tool and conduct conceptual validation

Basic objectives2

Others

Basic objectives -Others

Based on the results of the national survey conducted in FY2022, a pilot study using a prototype version of the ICT tool will be conducted in FY2023, and the main study will be conducted in FY2024, expanding to the target regions. Through this study, we aim to visualize and standardize tacit knowledge related to public health nurse activities, develop efficient and effective public health nurse activities that contribute to improving the quality of life of residents, extending healthy life expectancy, and reducing health disparities, and promote human resource development for public health nurses.

Other

Other related information

Longitudinal observational study of up to 1 year and 6 months
At the beginning of the study, participants' personal attributes, career ladder, system usability of the daily reporting system previously used, subjective workload, and public health nurse activity process evaluation index will be measured
During the study period, participants will record their daily activities using a prototype ICT tool (daily record system). The necessity score for public health nurse activities is automatically calculated in the record of individual support, and the recorder evaluates the validity of this score.
During the study period, qualitative interview survey will be conducted on the utilization of the recording system.
At the end of the study, system usability, subjective workload, and public health nurse activity process evaluation indicators of the daily reporting system will be measured
