We will clarify the difference in learning effects on basketball-related tasks when subjects are allowed to self control the color of the bibs they wear during practice and when they are not allowed to self control.
Efficacy
We measure free throw performance, body circle and figure 8 performance as basketball-related tasks.
We confirm level of interest in basketball and wearables using a questionnaire.

Measurements are taken on two consecutive days. On the first day, there will be a pre test, practice, and a post test. On the second day, the participants will be tested again to monitor learning level. The self control group will wear the bibs of their choice before practice. The task to practice is a body circle, which is a basketball-related task. During the pre and post tests, in addition to body circles, they are tested the figure 8 and the free throw.
The intervention procedure is the same as intervention 1. However, the bibs worn during practice will be the same as those chosen by the intervention 1 group.

Female
There is a difference in skeletal muscle mass between men and women, and this difference may affect the weight of the basketball and the distance to the goal.
Those with orthopedic diseases, neurological diseases, or their sequelae, and those with medical risks such as heart diseases will be excluded.
