To evaluate the combined effects of electrical stimulation and static stretching by setting ankle dorsiflexion angle (DFA), leg extension and elevation angle (SLR), and finger floor distance (FFD) as main outcomes for flexibility.

Maneuver |
Participants assigned to the combined electrical stimulation and static stretch therapy group receive 4 minutes of electrical stimulation of their calf muscles while standing on a tilt table that was set up to stretch their calf muscles. The electrical stimulation settings are a pulse width of 250 microsecond, a frequency of 50 Hz, and a stimulation time of 15 seconds and a rest time of 45 seconds four times.
