The first objective of this study was to determine whether sleep-promoting behaviors aimed at improving sleep habits and viewing sleep education videos reduce the risk of locomotive syndrome in young women. The second objective is to determine which objective sleep measures are associated with risk of locomotive syndrome.

Locomotive syndrome risk test (the two-step test, the stand-up test, and the 25-question geriatric locomotive function scale [GLFS-25])
