Persons who are overweight or obese (BMI 25)
Own a smartphone, either Android or iOS
People who can read English
Individuals whose smartphones are not compatible with iOS Health Care or Android Google Fit.
Individuals who are unable to exercise or walk.
Individuals who are considered inappropriate by the researcher.
