All participants will be using unguided online cognitive behavioral therapy for one month.
The program consists of four modules (psychological education, relaxation, mindfulness, and behavioral activation).
Based on the assessment, appropriate modules will be offered to participants.

Key inclusion criteria
1. Newly graduated working men and women between the ages of 20 and 29
2. Completion of all the baseline assessment at least three days before the start of the study
Key exclusion criteria
1. Cannot read or write Japanese
2. Receiving mental health treatment
